SB Malakut does not own, directly or indirectly, independently or jointly with other persons, any shares or shares in the authorized capital of the insurance and reinsurance partners listed in this section. Also, none of the listed partners, with whom we propose to conclude an insurance or reinsurance contract, directly or indirectly, independently or jointly with other persons, owns any percentage of shares or shares in the authorized capital of SB Malakut broker.
