The most important political risk in 2024 is the war in Ukraine
International insurance and reinsurance broker WTW recently published a report on global political risks.
According to WTW’s seventh annual political risk survey, the top political risk in 2024 is the war in Ukraine, the consequences of war and the risks of conflict escalation. In second and third places are election campaigns around the world and the competition between the United States and China.
The top 10 political risks in 2024 also included: climate issues, crisis in China’s asset management market, escalation in the Middle East, a new potential military conflict, domestic market slowdown, institutional decline and gray zone actions.
According to the WTW report of the Internet resource of UkrStrahuvannya, surveys and interviews conducted by Oxford Analytica in March and April 2024 are based on responses received from 50 companies around the world, 64% of which have revenues of more than $1 billion.
